HOW TO PLACE AN ADVERT

To place an advertisement, please follow the steps below. The required information must then be submitted on the form below

STEP 1: DECIDE WHICH BOOKLET(S) YOU WISH TO ADVERTISE IN

STEP 2: CHOOSE ADVERT SIZE & LAYOUT

As a guide please view our sample booklet. Once you have viewed the sample booklet, please choose which layout option (options A to S) you want by viewing the parent booklet. If you place an advert in more than one booklet, different advert layouts can be used in different booklets if you wish. A separate form needs to be submitted for each different layout option.

STEP 3: SUPPLY IMAGE FOR ADVERT

Please email the image you wish to use in your advert to info@lovelocalvouchers.co.uk. If you do not have an image, an appropriate image will be chosen for you by our graphic designer.

STEP 4: SUPPLY TEXT FOR ADVERT & VOUCHER OFFERS

All adverts must include your business name and address. Optionally, you may also wish to include a telephone number, email and website address. Different voucher offers, on the same advert, can have different expiry dates if you wish. However, no voucher offer can have an expiry date exceeding the dates below:

Jan / Feb issue -10th March

March / April issue – 10th May

May / June issue – 10th July

July / August issue – 10th September

Sept / Oct issue – 10th November

Nov / Dec issue – 10th January

Businesses also need to specify on the form below the number of times a single individual can use the voucher within the voucher validity period (from only one use per person to unlimited uses per person).

Colour of vouchers

If you know the colours you wish to use in your vouchers, please indicate that in the form below, ideally by providing the Hex or RGB codes if you know them. If you do not know the Hex or RGB codes, please send a sample of the colour by email to info@lovelocalvouchers.co.uk or describe the colour, for example "light blue". If you do not know, an appropriate colour will be chosen for you by our professional graphic designer.

Font of text

If you know the font of the text you wish to use please indicate this in the form below. If you do not know the font, an appropriate font will be chosen for you by our professional graphic designer.

Logo

If your business has a logo and you wish to use this on the advert, please email your logo to info@lovelocalvouchers.co.uk

Deadlines for submission of artwork & payment

Timeline for advert production

Adverts will be made up by our graphic designer and emailed back to our business clients by 23rd of the month at the absolute latest. On receipt of the made-up advert, if a business wants to request any changes to the advert, they should specify what revisions are needed by emailing info@lovelocalvouchers.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the made up advert. If you are happy with the advert, the business should email info@lovelocalvouchers.co.uk to confirm this. If no email is received within 48 hours it will be assumed the client is happy with the advert.
If a revision was requested, revised adverts will be sent back to businesses within three working days of receiving the request. Businesses that have requested a revision must sign off the advert within 24 hours of receiving the revised advert.
We aim to print and distribute the booklets by the 10th day of the month.
